International Criminal Court: Procedural issues at the third session of the Preparatory Commission
This document addresses a number of procedural issues of concern to Amnesty International which are likely to be discussed at the third session of the Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court. In particular the document makes recommendations to ensure that the rules and procedure of evidence of the International Criminal Court provide for an effective office of defence counsel; effective state cooperation with the court; effective enforcement of judgements made by the court.
