International Criminal Court: Concerns at the second resumed first session of the Assembly of States Parties (21 to 23 April 2003).
This document raises Amnesty International's concerns for the forthcoming second resumed first session of the Assembly of States Parties (Assembly), which will take place at the United Nations (UN) Headquarters in New York from 21 to 23 April 2003. The main focus of the second resumed session will be to elect the Prosecutor and the Committee on Budget and Finance. The Assembly will also need to consider other issues relating to the effective establishment of the Court.
