This document examines the cases of those in Kosovo province who have “disappeared” or have been reported as “missing”. It focuses on two main areas, the “disappearance” of ethnic Albanians both outside and within situations of armed conflict by the security forces and the abduction of Serbs, Roma and Albanians by the KLA or other armed ethnic Albanians.
