Serbia: Continuing impunity for war crimes and discrimination against Roma: Amnesty International submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review
In this submission, Amnesty International assesses progress made by Serbia in implementing recommendations made to it during its previous UPR in December 2008, concerning discrimination, freedom of expression and impunity for war crimes. The organization sets out its concerns about the failure of the Serbian authorities to promote and protect the right to adequate housing of the Romani people. Amnesty International also comments on the normative and institutional framework in Serbia.
