Federal Republic of Yugoslavia: Further information on: Hajriz Kolasinac and co-defendants released after Supreme Court orders re-trial
Amnesty International welcomes the release of the six defendants who had remained in prison following conviction. The organization remains concerned, however, by the failure of the authorities to investigate the allegations of torture made by the defendants in this case.
