On 8 March 1999 Slavko Curuvija, Xoran Lukovic and Srdjan Jankovic were convicted of ‘spreeding false information’. They were each given prison sentences of five months, but remain free pending appeal. If imprisoned Amnesty International will consider them prisoners of conscience.
