FRY (Kosovo): Amnesty International's recommendations to the UNMIK on the judicial system
This document presents recommendations to UNMIK (United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo) with regard to the judicial system in Kosovo. These include bringing the judicial system and all applicable laws, including the UN's own Regulations for Kosovo, into line with international human rights standards, placing international judges and prosecutors in Kosovo's district courts and appeals structures and providing training in international human rights and humanitarian law for legal professionals in Kosovo.
