Human rights violations committed during the Croatian security forces’ offensives Operation Flash and Operation Storm in the Krajina area in 1995 have still not been adequately investigated. This report documents Amnesty International’s concerns about the continuing impunity and the lack of dignity with which the victims and their families are treated.
