, Index number: EUR 63/026/1997

Among the more than 6,000 "missing" from Srebrenica enclave are more that 100 people, almost exclusively boys, under 18 years of age. They include both those who were separated from women, elderly and other children when they were evacuated from the UN protected "safe area", and others who never arrived on Bosnian Government controlled territory after going on foot through the forest, afraid taht they would be assumed to be of military age and thus treated as prisoners of war.
