Kazakhstan: A Seydakhmetov
A Kazakh newspaper reports that A Seydakhmetov was sentenced to death in the first quarter of 1995. He was allegedly the leader of a gang which committed various crimes including murder and rape. The other gang members were reportedly sentenced to terms of imprisonment. It is not known whether he has lodged an appeal against the sentence.
