Ukraine: Government must act to stop racial discrimination
This report documents how Ukraine is failing in its obligations under international human rights law to: eliminate racial discrimination from state policies and practice; protect individuals from racial discrimination by non-state actors and public officials; and to ensure that the right to live free from racial discrimination is enjoyed by all who live in Ukraine. The report concludes with 17 recommendations to help Ukraine fulfil its international and human rights obligations.
