Belarus: Domestic violence - more than a private scandal
In this report Amnesty International shows that the government of Belarus is not doing enough to protect the basic rights of women in relation to domestic violence, and makes 18 recommendations to assist the government in abiding by its obligations under international human rights law to protect women against violence in the family.
