Russian Federation: Denial of justice
This report focuses on specific and serious violations of international human rights and humanitarian law by Russian law enforcement and security forces. It seeks to highlight the lack of accountability for the perpetrators, and that failure to fulfil these obligations is a major factor contributing to the persistence of such violations. The report also emphasizes the obstacles faced by victims, particularly women, children and members of ethnic minorities, in obtaining redress and the measures required to enable them to see justice done.
