Greece: In the shadow of impunity: Ill-treatment and the misuse of firearms
This report documents human rights abuses committed by law enforcement officials, particularly against Roma and foreign nationals. It details instances of torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment and shootings by law enforcement officials resulting in death or injury. The report examines the existing obstacles to justice which have created a culture of impunity for the perpetrators.
