This submission focuses on: 1. Violations against asylum-seekers and migrants including collective expulsions and ill-treatment; and attacks against migrant workers; 2. Forced evictions and segregation in education of Roma children and violations arising out police raids at Roma settlements; 3. Restrictions of the right to marry in Greek legislation for same sex couples and harassment experienced by transgender individuals; 4. Flaws in the investigation of hate crimes, draft legislation on hate speech and concerns arising from the investigation into hate crimes and other offences attributed to Golden Dawn members.
