Wong Chi Shing may soon be executed following President Le Duc Anh’s recent rejection of his appeal. Wong Chi Shing is a Hong Kong resident with a British passport who was convicted of smuggling heroin and sentenced to death on 28 May 1993 by the People’s Supreme Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
