Amnesty International has learned that Ek Nath Chaulagain was released on 16 August, but rearrested immediately and held in an unknown location. One week later he was taken back to the Bhadra Bandi Griha jail in Tripureshwar, Kathmandu. His family are able to visit him, but he has not been told why he has been detained.
