Nepal: Further information on Fear for safety/possible "disappearance"
Amnesty International has received unofficial reports that Keshav Singh Thakuri is being held at Butwal army barracks. He was reportedly held previously at Phulbari army barracks in Pokhara, and is said to look ill and malnourished. Despite these reports, the army continues to deny that he is in their custody.
