Four named men were reportedly arrested by plain clothed and uniformed security forces personnel in separate incidents between 18 December 2003 and 2 February 2004. Efforts made by relatives to locate the four men, including visiting army barracks, and informing the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), have so far failed and their whereabouts remain unknown.
