Cambodia: Open letter: Freedom of expression and the proposed law to criminalize denial of crimes committed by the Khmer Rouge
Amnesty International is concerned about reports of a planned new Law on Refusing to Recognise Crimes Committed in the Period of Democratic Kampuchea Law. In the light of information about the bill so far available publicly, the organization recommends that the proposed law be scrapped.
