Jose de Deus, Francisco Barreto, Amancio Perreira, Fernando dos Santos, and Eco dos Santos: There are serious fears that the five above named East Timorese men may be at risk of torture or ill-treatment while held in incommunicado detention. All five were reportedly detained by the Indonesian Armed Forces (ABRI) and accused of cooperating with the armed resistance in East Timor, the East Timor National Liberation Army (Falintil).
