Indonesia: Amnesty International's comments on the Law on Human Right Courts (Law No. 26/2000)
Amnesty International recommends further amendments to Law No.26/2000, concerning Human Rights Courts, to ensure that the process of bringing perpetrators of human rights violations to trial will not be jeorpardised.
