India: Human rights defender at risk of torture: Aparna Marandi

Aparna Marandi, a long-time human rights defender who has been repeatedly targeted by the state government for her activities, was arrested on 8 December. She is being detained in Jharkhand, India and is at imminent risk of torture or other ill-treatment.
