People's Republic of China: Increased concern for Ngawang Choephel's health after mother allowed prison visit
This document details the visit made by Sonam Dekyi to her son, the Tibetan musicologist, Ngawang Choephel, in prison in Tibet. Amnesty International considers Ngawang Choephel to be a prisoner of conscience, and is expressing concern at persistent reports of his ill-health.
