There is grave concern about the health of prisoner of conscience Qin Yongmin who is reported to have been severely beaten in recent weeks by prison wardens. These beatings are reported to have caused him great pain and bleeding, and irreperable damage to his testicles. He is currently serving a two-year administrative sentence at Hewan Re-education through Labour Camp in Wuhan City, Hubei province.
