James Free, white, and Hernando Williams, black, are scheduled to be executed on 22 March 1995. James Free was sentenced to death for murder in 1979. Hernando Williams, black, was sentenced to death for kidnap, rape and murder in 1980. He was convicted by an all-white jury after the prosecutor had excluded all 26 prospective black jurors.
