In this open letter, Amnesty International calls on the political parties and their candidates to indicate their commitment to human rights and set out how they propose to deal with the following issues: International human rights programme; Constitutuional reforms; Security and judicial reform; Violence against women; Human rights defenders; Impunity; Indigenous rights; Economic, social and cultural rights.
