There is serious concern for the safety of members of the Mexican human rights organization Ciudadanos en Apoyo a los Derechos Humanos AC, CADHAC, in the state of Nuevo Leon. On 27 April 1995 three of them, including the director of CADHAC, Consuelo Morales, were threatened by an unidentified armed man. This is the latest incident in a series of intimidatory acts and threats which began in November 1994.
