This report focuses on impunity in Honduras where until now no one has been tried by a court a justice for the fate of men, women and children “disappeared” in Honduras between 1980 and 1992. The report gives details on several cases of “disappearances” and how they were dealt with by the authorities. It also expresses AI’s concern at the use of amnesty laws in favour of perpetrators of human rights violations.
