Cuba: A worrying increase in the use of the death penalty
This document expresses Amnesty International's concern at the increasing use of the death penalty in Cuba. It looks at recent legislation which has increased the scope of the penalty and gives brief details of those executed during 1999 or currently awaiting execution.
