This document describes the conditions in which a group of 20 prisoners, all suffering from various stages of HIV/AIDS, are being kept in Galeria 3 of Santiago prison. The prisoners are alleged to be kept in isolation and to have difficulty obtaining treatment for opportunistic infections.
