Brazil: 'Subhuman': Torture, overcrowding and brutalisation in Minas Gerais police stations
This report re-examines the torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading conditions suffered by those in Belo Horizonte police stations; recorded by Amnesty International whilst visiting the Delegacia de Tóxicos and the Delegacia de Roubos e Furtos in Minas Gerais state in October 2001.
