Democratic Republic of the Congo: SADC leaders should give prominence to addressing human rights violations to prevent further deterioration of the stability of the Great Lakes region
Amnesty International has written to the Heads of State of the Southern African Development Community ahead of the Extraordinary Summit on 18 March in Swaziland on the deteriorating human rights situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
