Togo: Further information on Medical letter writing action - eight prisoners
Amnesty International has received information that Messan Kokou Paul (known as Hebiesso) died in May 2000 in Kara prison, Togo, allegedly because of lack of medical care and harsh prison conditions. Amnesty International is renewing appeals for this group of men to receive medical care and guarantees of security.
