Sudan: Further information: Fear of Torture/Incommunicado Detention/Fear for Safety
Amnesty International has recently learned that eleven of the twelve men arrested in the town of Tawila, North Darfur State, on 4 October 2004 were released in late November. The remaining man, Saleh Suleiman Adam, is still being held in Shalla prison in al-Fasher and is at risk of torture or ill-treatment.
