In this report Amnesty International makes specific recommendations to the international contact group on Sierra Leone to ensure that human rights are at the centre of efforts to end the conflict. These recommendations include an international condemnation of the abuses perpetrated, an end to military transfers and an investigation into allegations of the involvement of ECOMOG forces in human rights violations.
