Nigeria: Boko Haram: Bombing campaign sees civilian deaths spiral
A public statement documenting continuing violence by Boko Haram, particularly the bomb attacks on 20 September 2015 in Maiduguri and Monguno, Borno state, which killed at least 94 people. Amnesty International’s analysis suggests that Boko Haram attacks may have claimed the lives of at least 1,600 civilians since the start of June 2015, bringing the death toll to at least 3,500 civilians in 2015 alone.
