Liberia: Open letter to the Transitional Chairman of Liberia, urging rejection of the impunity agreement with the USA concerning the International Criminal Court
This letter seeks to persuade the Liberian government against entering into any agreement with the United States that seeks to provide impunity for US nationals accused by the International Criminal Court (ICC) of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
