Medical letter writing action: Kenya: Kenneth Matiba
The above-named has been held in administrative detention since his arrest in July 1990, which was prompted by his calls for the introduction of a multi-party system. He is said to be suffering from hypertension, for which he is not receiving adequate medical attention. Kenneth Matiba is being held in Kamiti prison in permanent solitary confinement and in poor conditions.
