Chad: Cases for appeal
These appeal cases illustrate some of Amnesty International's concerns in Chad. These include torture, rape and sexual violence against women, excessive and indiscriminate use of lethal force, arbitrary arrest, extrajudicial execution and death in detention. They highlight the almost total impunity enjoyed by perpetrators.
