This document contains eight appeal cases : Joseph Masabire, tortured in detention; Mossi Rukondo, prolonged detention without trial; Beatrice Mukanyonga, in need of medical and legal assistance; Alexandre Nzeyimana, unlawful arrest and detention; Leopold Ntamahukiro, 10 years' imprisonment for theft of goats; Samuel Nsengiyumva, facing trial by military court; Rosmine Nzomukunda, mothers detained with infant children; and harmful prison conditions. All of the cases concern juveniles, children or infants.
