Towards “silencing the guns by the year 2020”: A call for clear and tangible measures for addressing impunity for conflict-related violations in Africa
This statement calls on the 29th Assembly of the African Union heads of state and government to outline clear and tangible measures for addressing impunity for gross violations and abuses of international human rights and crimes under international law by parties to conflicts in Africa.
