End impunity: Justice for the victims of torture
This report hightlights the fact that every day, in every region of the world, men, women and children are subjected to torture. In the great majority of cases, there is no investigation of these crimes and no one is prosecuted for them. Torture is committed with impunity. As part of Amnesty International's worldwide campaign against torture, this report shows how governments can take the next steps to overcome impunity.
