In December 2013, 12 cases of individuals and communities whose human rights have been violated were given huge international public attention by Amnesty International as part of the annual Write for Rights campaign, also known as the Letter Writing Marathon. This report comprises of two main sections. In the first, any impacts and developments in the lives of the individuals are explained. The second part of the report details the various activities that took place around the world.
