Voices in Crisis – October

Hussein Ghrer, a Syrian blogger and human rights defender, was arrested and forcibly disappeared for nine months in 2012. He then spent an additional two-and-a-half years at ‘Adra prison. Following his release, he descibed his experiences.
October’s case focus is on Mohamed Bachir Arabic, a Syrian doctor subjected to enforced disappearance.
