Kyrgyzstan: End discrimination and tackle impunity: Amnesty International submission for the UN Universal Periodic Review, 35th Session of the UPR Working Group, January 2020

In this submission Amnesty International raises concerns about prisoner of conscience Azimjan Askarov, violence against women, the rights of people with disabilities, LGBTI people, and torture and other ill-treatment. Amnesty International continues to be concerned about impunity for past human rights violations in the context of the June 2010 violence in the South of Kyrgyzstan.
