Canada: Submission to the United Nations Committee Against Torture 65th session, 12 November- 7 December 2018

The broad themes of this brief include concern about torture or ill-treatment within Canada, complicity in torture and other ill-treatment abroad, access to remedies and redress for survivors of torture, and continuing failure to accede to the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture.
