Yemen: Incommunicado detention/ Fear of torture or ill-treatment/ Fear of forcible return

Mohammed Abdel Qadir, a Somali refugee, has not been seen since 25 August. It is believed he may be detained at the office of the Political Security branch in the capital Sana’a. He may be at risk of torture or ill-treatment in detention, and could be forcibly returned to Somalia, where he would be at risk of serious human rights violations.
