Indonesia (Papua): Inadequate medical care: Musa Kulua, Mandinus Yikwa and Marthinus Daisiwa: Medical Letter Writing Action

Amnesty International is concerned for the health of Musa Kulua, Mandinus Yikwa and Marthinus Daisiwa. Musa Kulua and Mandinus Yikwa were shot by members of the Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) on 3 May 2001, and although they received treatment in hospital, they were transferred to prison in late August, where they have not had adequate medical care. Marthinus Daisiwa, also in prison, is in need of medical attention as a result of injuries sustained when he was shot by Brimob on 11 July 2001. All three have reportedly been beaten by members of Brimob.
