Dear Members of the Assembly of the People’s Representatives,
Our organizations are writing to urge you to abandon consideration of the “Draft law No.25/2015 on the Prosecution of Abuses Against the Armed Forces” officially listed in Parliament since April 13, 2015. On Thursday July 13, 2017, much to the surprise of civil society, the Assembly of the People’s Representatives (ARP) resumed parliamentary debate of this law.
